The HDC’s Preservation term sheet offers fixed-rate, first-mortgage financing—either taxable or tax-exempt—to refinance and moderately rehabilitate existing properties within HDC’s portfolio. Eligible projects must agree to a new, minimum 30-year regulatory agreement, extending affordability throughout the loan term.
